DAILY MENU (PDF)

Housed within the Exhibition Hall, the Collections Café menu takes inspiration from Chihuly’s travels and presents dishes with a Northwest twist. Chefs Jeff Maxfield and Ivan Szilak, assisted by Jason Wilson of CRUSH, have created a dining experience that celebrates what is fresh and local. A carefully selected group of dedicated ranchers, fisherman, foragers and farmers supply the restaurant with the best the Northwest has to offer. A hand-picked collection of craft beers and a 36 bottle wine list with Washington and Oregon premium wines is also served. With spruce plank walls, bright green chairs and classic Marmoleum floors, the Café immerses guests in Dale Chihuly’s world. The Café’s playful combination of colors and materials, similar to that of his studio, inspired Chihuly to share some of his personal collections. Since his days as a boy searching for beach glass on the shores of Puget Sound, Chihuly has been collecting — from carnival chalkware, vintage accordions, radios, cameras, and shaving brushes to tin toys. While the collections provide an experience all their own, the main feature of the Collections Café is the backlit Drawing Wall with 36 of Chihuly’s drawings.

“I love to find the beauty in everyday objects.”

Dale Chihuly

The Collections Café offers an original, fresh and uniquely Northwest dining experience for lunch, dinner or an afternoon bite. Admission to the exhibition is not required for dining at the Collections Café.
