Elisabeth has called Seattle home for over two decades, carrying with her roots from Frankfurt, Germany. Her teaching is an offering—an invitation to gather, to breathe, to belong. Guided by a deep reverence for yoga, nature, and beauty, she weaves spaces where movement becomes connection and stillness feels shared. In her presence, practice unfolds as community, and each moment is a quiet return home.

Ruth Davis began her yoga journey in fall 2014 with the completion of her 200HR Teacher Training. For the next four years, she dedicated herself to Yoga Sculpt, and after teaching her 1,000th class, felt inspired to continue expanding her practice and education. She is deeply grateful to have been part of the CorePower Yoga community for the past decade.
