Ruth Davis began her yoga journey in fall 2014 with the completion of her 200HR Teacher Training. For the next four years, she dedicated herself to Yoga Sculpt, and after teaching her 1,000th class, felt inspired to continue expanding her practice and education. She is deeply grateful to have been part of the CorePower Yoga community for the past decade.

Cameron’s movement practice began at the age of two when she attended her first dance class, and she hasn’t stopped moving since. She continued her dance training at a studio in Northern California until graduating high school. Upon graduation, Cameron attended the University of Utah where she received her BFA in modern dance alongside a minor in psychology. Since then Cameron has continued to dance and perform while also teaching and practicing yoga. She is now the Studio Coordinator of CorePower Yoga Ballard and is loving sharing her passion for movement with this community!

Camryn is a dedicated power vinyasa practitioner and teacher. She believes that yoga is available to everybody, on and off the mat. For her, yoga reveals the natural power, courage, wisdom, and compassion that resides within each of our hearts. Revealing our true nature through yoga allows each of us to find spiritual freedom, effectively respond to life's challenges, and be of service to others.
