This is a long-term exhibition, defined in years, not months. With lease renewals Chihuly Garden and Glass can run for 30 years.
While we don’t have immediate plans for this now, it is possible.
The Exhibition includes a mix of new and previously exhibited artworks. Chihuly had the opportunity not only to choose where to install the artworks but also design the galleries, so the context for this exhibition is unique. As his installations interact with light and space in a way unlike paintings or sculpture, visitors who may have seen some of these pieces before will have a new experience.
We offer programming relating to local artists, arts organizations and fun events. Details for activities at the exhibition will be available on our website.
