About Collections Café
A life-long collector, Chihuly is often drawn to objects dating from the post WWII era, many of which serve a particular function or appeal to his interests in form and color.
Inside the café, each table has been carefully curated by Chihuly from his vast collections of vintage cameras, cast-iron doorstops, dollhouse furniture, fishing decoys, inkwells, pocketknives, radios, and more.
Collections’ décor draws in part from Chihuly’s iconic Boathouse on Seattle’s Lake Union, and the combination of colors and materials motivated Chihuly to share some of the very collections that adorn the walls of his home and studio spaces.
